THE BRICKS PRESENTS: ALEC FALCONER (NIXWAX/PANATYPE)
As part of the label series The Bricks will be hosting a string of parties and inviting our most-loved artists down to play at our favourite canal-side venue.
For the second shindig of the year we are very excited to welcome Nixwax and Panatype head honcho Alec Falconer all the way from his new hometown in Paris.
Alec Falconer is a Londoner who left for Paris in 2017. He is a founder of UK house label Nixwax with 17 discs worth of cuts from the UK and German underground. Many have found their way into some much-admire record bags. He is also one half of Panatype, an ambient label launched in 2017 from much the same principles as Nixwax.
Alec's sets favour a bold sound that sits at the intersection of garage, minimal, techno and house. They are always full of unreleased tracks from the network of producers that make up Nixwax & Panatype.
